Extended 3 year warranty announced

Cascade Australia announces an industry leading 3 years warranty on all new equipment* and spare parts.

Cascade has long prided itself on providing quality products and service that our customers can rely on. In 2014, Cascade offered its customers an industry leading 2 year warranty period on new attachments and spare parts. Over the next couple of years our competitors followed suit. As a leader in our field and as a show of confidence in our products, Cascade Australia are proud to announce that it is extending the current 2 years warranty to 3 years.

Approximately 4 years ago we lead the industry by increasing our warranty from 12 months to 2 years.  Our decision to extend the current warranty period to 3 years is reflective of the confidence in our product and our commitment to our customers” General Manager, Mike Slobe said. “The extension to 2 years has had little impact on our warranty expenditure and the move to 3 years ensures our customers continue to feel certain that they have the support of the Cascade global network when they buy one of our products”.

The extended warranty will come into effect on the 1st August 2018.  It will be retrospective and will cover all new warranty claims on new attachments and parts previously purchased.  Re-manufactured product will continue to be covered by Cascade’s 12 month warranty program.
