Cascade Australia Transitions

Cascade Australia was first certified to ISO 9001:2008 in 2013. The decision to undertake the certification process was brought about by the organisations’ desire to formally commit to continuous improvement and provide quality to our customers within our product and service.

This year, Cascade Australia transitioned to ISO 9001:2015, the latest standard in Quality Management Systems. The transition audit was smooth sailing due to the commitment each staff member makes to integrate quality and customer satisfaction into each and every process.

With Cascade’s guiding principles rooted in quality and customer satisfaction, it is easy to see that the commitment is not just lip service.
