25F Clamp

Specifically designed for printers and newspaper publishers

APPLICATIONS

Cascade’s 25F Paper Roll Clamp is designed for newspaper publishers, printers and warehouses handling smaller rolls of newsprint, form and printing stock. The 25F is application rated and field proven for newsprint, forms and printing paper roll handling operations. Models are available with capacities up to 2,640 lbs. and roll diameters of 42”, 45” and 51”.

77F Clamp

APPLICATIONS

Designed for mills, converters, corrugators, stevedoring, printers, warehousing and all applications requiring a rugged, heavy-duty paper roll clamp. Rated and field-proven for demanding operations handling kraft, linerboard and coated paper stocks. The 77F handles rolls to 8,800 lbs. at 51” diameter, with roll diameters ranging from 51” to 72”.

APPLICATIONS

The 90F and 100F Paper Roll Clamps are designed for operations that handle large, heavy rolls such as kraft, linerboard and heavily coated stocks. They are application rated and field proven for demanding operations. Availableload capacities range from 9,000 to 11,000 lbs. depending on the model, with roll diameters ranging from 51” to 84”.

The 120F and 150F Paper Roll Clamps are designed for operations that handle large, heavy rolls such as kraft, linerboard and SC/LWC rolls. They are application rated and field proven for demanding operations. Available load capacities range from 12,000 to 15,000 lbs. depending on the model, with roll diameters ranging from 51” to 84”. Larger diameters available on a custom basis.

130 / 160F Clamp

APPLICATIONS

Advancements in large, wide high-speed printing presses have increased the requirements to effectively handle large 3 meter (120″) and longer rolls at paper mills, transportation companies, warehousing locations and new printing plants. The 130F and 160F Paper Roll Clamps were developed specifically for these applications. Well-suited for handling large rolls of kraft, linerboard and coated paper stocks.

APPLICATIONS

Designed for mills, converters, corrugators, stevedoring, printers, warehousing and all applications requiring a rugged, heavy-duty paper roll clamp. The 72G is application rated for high cycle operations handling kraft, linerboard and coated paper stocks. Will handle 60-inch rolls up to 7,200 lbs.

APPLICATIONS

The 120H Pivot Arm Clamps are designed for operations that handle large, extremely heavy concrete pipe or paper rolls. This clamp series is available with maximum capacities of 19,000 lbs., 22,000 lbs., 23,100 lbs. and 26,400 lbs. and maximum roll diameters of 105”, 90”, 85″ and 75” respectively. These models have been extensively field-tested and application-rated.
